Technically, the riders are the only Units that can talk. The Tank can get completely flipped and flung across the map when shot with Cupid’s Bow.The Tank can occasionally defeat a Super Boxer as well, if it could get over them. The Tank can occasionally defeat an Ice Giant, if they missed most of their attacks.Ironically, it has less HP than the Da Vinci Tank, despite being made completely out of metal. The units on Tank will attack the enemy unit when the tank is running over the enemy. You can't individually control each unit on the tank.Other examples of this are the Da Vinci Tank, Ballista, Longship, etc. Once the Tank is destroyed, it will 'sink' into the ground. It was first called the M1 Abrams, and is most likely based on the real-life M1 Abrams tank.but if you shoot the tank with enough ice arrows, it will explode. If you have the BUGS DLC you can make units not die.The World War Faction was scrapped and the Tank is now in the Legacy Faction. Wilhelm Nylund on Reddit in response to a fan's question said that the Tank (then called the M1 Abrams) would be moved to the World War Faction and that they would be combining the WW1 and WW2 Factions into one big Faction. When it is destroyed its treads disappear. The reason that the riders aren't its weakness may be because if it was, then the Tank would be rather underpowered. It is possible to kill all units on the tank but not the tank itself. It had one machine gun back when it was known as M1 Abrams. However, the tank can easily get bogged down on maps with limited space, such as Ancient 1, due to its large size. Using Unit Possession on the tank will maximize its effectiveness, as the Tank can easily circle-strafe enemies while firing on them, a feature that is largely absent on the majority of artillery units. They can be placed in very large numbers thanks to the high cost of the Tank, and can easily chip down its health while the Tank is distracted with melee units. Thanks to the high damage of the main gun, combined with its extremely high range (Farther than the Ballista) and fast attack rate, the Tank can be used with the Banner Bearer as a powerful sniper, useful to take out stronger units such as giants, while normally it would attempt to run them over and probably fail.ĭespite the Tank's high health (Can take up to two Ballista bolts) and gun of its own, ranged units pose the greatest threat. Without a Banner Bearer to keep it in place, the tank will likely do far more damage by ramming than it will actually do with its cannon, as it can attack much faster by doing this. It also explodes when it is killed, causing major damage to any units near the blast. It is quite fast too, enabling it to easily push through big groups and destroy large formations. In melee, it will also swing its cannon around to deal significant damage to units. The Tank's main use is as crowd control, with its barrel able to destroy clumped up groups and its ramming attack, crushing small Units underneath. If somehow an enemy unit gets close enough to a Tank Rider, they will attempt to punch them with their fists, though this can prove to be wildly ineffective. They are separate from the Tank and may die on their own, though this does not harm the machine itself. On top of the Tank are three Riders, who sit atop the armored vehicle and are vulnerable to enemy fire. The tank driver will use this advantage to charge and ram through enemy units while using its long turret barrel to bash surrounding targets. It is incredibly tough and speedy as well. The tank rounds will continue to be fired as long as it is reloaded and a target is within its range. On impact, the tank round will create a fiery explosion, blasting through shields and formations. The Tank is a powerful multi-purpose, diesel powered armored fighting vehicle capable of shooting tank rounds from an incredible distance.
